Terms of Service for Pizza Boss

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your download, installation, access to, and use of Pizza Boss, including its gameplay features, advertising rewards, in-app purchases, subscriptions, and related support.

Pizza Boss is published and supported under the Global Vacuum Games studio/publisher brand. In these Terms, “Global Vacuum Games,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Global Vacuum Games in that capacity.

By downloading, installing, or using Pizza Boss, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Your use of Google Play is also subject to the applicable Google Play Terms of Service and other terms presented by Google when you download the game or make a purchase.

2. Audience and legal capacity

Pizza Boss is not specifically directed to children. Availability and age-related access to the game may also be subject to the requirements and settings of Google Play and applicable law.

If you do not have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, you may use Pizza Boss only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law.

3. Licence to use Pizza Boss

Subject to these Terms, Global Vacuum Games grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to install and use Pizza Boss on supported devices for your own non-commercial entertainment.

This licence does not transfer ownership of Pizza Boss, its software, or its content to you. Rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Global Vacuum Games and the relevant rights holders.

Updates, patches, and replacement versions supplied for Pizza Boss form part of the game and are governed by these Terms unless separate terms are presented.

4. Player accounts, progress, and local storage

The current version of Pizza Boss does not provide:

• a Global Vacuum Games player account;
• a Global Vacuum Games cloud-save service; or
• a first-party game backend that stores your complete game progress.

Game progress, virtual-currency balances, unlocks, upgrades, settings, rewards, and certain purchase-entitlement information are primarily stored locally on your device.

Android or device-backup features may preserve or restore selected game data where available. Backup, transfer, and restoration are not guaranteed. Clearing the app’s storage, changing devices, reinstalling the game, losing access to the device, or disabling backup may result in loss of some or all local progress.

Valid non-consumable purchases and subscription entitlements may be recoverable through Google Play using the Google Account that made the purchase. This does not guarantee restoration of consumable items or every locally stored gameplay state.

5. Virtual currencies and game items

Pizza Boss may provide virtual currencies and digital gameplay items, including in-game money, Stardust, Pizza Tokens, rewards, boosts, upgrades, and other gameplay resources.

These items:

• exist only for use within Pizza Boss;
• are not legal tender, bank money, cryptocurrency, or a real-world payment instrument;
• cannot be redeemed by Global Vacuum Games for cash except where required by applicable law;
• cannot be transferred or sold through the game to another player; and
• may be consumed or permanently spent when used in gameplay.

A purchase gives you the right to use the purchased digital content in Pizza Boss under these Terms. It does not give you ownership of the game, its systems, or its underlying software.

Game updates may adjust future earning rates, virtual prices, balance, progression, or gameplay effects. Any such changes remain subject to mandatory consumer rights and do not authorize the removal of a valid paid entitlement without a lawful reason.

Because virtual balances are stored locally, they may be lost if local game data cannot be restored.

6. Rewarded advertising

Pizza Boss uses rewarded advertising.

The game includes:

• voluntary rewarded-ad opportunities that you may choose to start in exchange for an indicated gameplay reward; and
• a periodic rewarded-ad offer that may appear automatically during gameplay but can be dismissed before the advertising video begins.

Pizza Boss does not currently use ordinary banner, interstitial, app-open, or rewarded-interstitial ads.

An advertising reward is granted only when the game receives the required completion or reward confirmation from the advertising provider. An interrupted, unavailable, closed, or failed advertisement may not qualify for a reward.

Advertising availability is not guaranteed and may depend on your region, device, internet connection, privacy choices, and the availability of the advertising service.

7. The noads_forever purchase

noads_forever is a one-time, non-consumable purchase.

While the entitlement remains valid, it removes the periodic automatically presented rewarded-ad offers described above. It does not remove voluntary rewarded-ad opportunities that you choose to open to receive gameplay rewards.

The current product also includes a one-time grant of 550 Stardust when the purchase is first granted. Restoring the non-consumable entitlement does not grant that Stardust bonus again.

noads_forever is separate from the VIP subscription. It does not provide the VIP reward-claim benefits described in Section 9 and does not provide access to the CEO track in Pizza Fund.

The entitlement is associated with a valid Google Play purchase. Restoration may require access to the Google Account used for the purchase, an internet connection, and a valid entitlement reported by Google Play.

The product name does not guarantee that Pizza Boss, Google Play, compatible devices, or supporting services will remain available indefinitely. Mandatory rights relating to purchased digital content remain unaffected.

8. Stardust purchases

Pizza Boss currently offers the following consumable Stardust products through Google Play:

• stardust_250;
• stardust_550;
• stardust_900;
• stardust_1500;
• stardust_2500; and
• stardust_7500.

A consumable purchase adds the corresponding Stardust amount to the local game balance after the purchase is successfully confirmed and granted.

Consumable Stardust packs are not designed to be restored after they have been successfully granted, consumed, or spent. Because there is no Global Vacuum Games player account or cloud balance, automatic reconstruction of a lost local Stardust balance may not be possible.

If a completed purchase is not delivered, contact us or use the applicable Google Play support and refund process.

9. VIP monthly subscription

vip_monthly is a monthly, automatically renewing subscription processed through Google Play.

While the subscription is active, VIP allows the player to:

• claim x2 Level Up Rewards without watching the rewarded advertisement that would otherwise be required for the x2 option;
• claim x2 Offline Rewards without watching the rewarded advertisement that would otherwise be required for the x2 option; and
• access the CEO track in Pizza Fund.

VIP does not passively multiply the underlying base Level Up Reward or Offline Reward. The base reward remains unchanged.

When VIP is active, the ordinary single-reward claim option is hidden on the applicable Level Up and Offline Reward screens. The player can claim the x2 reward directly without requesting or watching an advertisement.

noads_forever is a separate product. It does not provide these VIP benefits.

The price, currency, taxes, billing period, renewal date, and any available offer are shown by Google Play before you confirm the subscription. Unless the Google Play purchase screen expressly shows a trial or promotional offer, no trial or promotional offer applies.

The subscription renews and is charged through Google Play for each monthly billing period until cancelled. Google Play may process a renewal shortly before the beginning of the next billing period in accordance with its applicable terms.

You can manage or cancel the subscription through your Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling Pizza Boss does not cancel the subscription.

After cancellation, access will normally continue for the portion of the billing period already paid for, subject to Google Play’s rules and applicable law. The VIP benefits end when Google Play no longer reports a valid active entitlement.

Google Play may apply payment-retry, grace-period, or account-hold rules after a failed renewal. Their availability and duration are controlled by the current Google Play product configuration and may change. These Terms do not promise a particular grace or account-hold period.

If the subscription appears active in Google Play but its benefits are unavailable in Pizza Boss, use the game’s purchase-restoration function and contact support if the problem continues.

10. Prices, payment, and purchase confirmation

All purchases are optional.

Prices, currencies, applicable taxes, and product descriptions are displayed by Google Play before payment. Store information presented immediately before confirmation forms part of the applicable purchase terms.

Google Play processes your payment method. Global Vacuum Games and Pizza Boss do not receive your full payment-card number or bank-account credentials through the Google Play purchase flow.

Delivery and restoration may depend on:

• a successful Google Play transaction;
• the Google Account used for the purchase;
• a supported device and game version;
• an internet connection; and
• a valid product or subscription status reported by Google Play.

Do not attempt to manipulate purchase results, receipts, entitlements, advertising confirmations, rewards, or local balances.

11. Cancellations, refunds, and purchase support

Subscription cancellation and purchase refunds are handled according to Google Play’s applicable rules and mandatory consumer law.

You may:

• cancel an active subscription through Google Play;
• request a refund through Google Play; or
• contact [email protected] for help with a missing purchase, incorrect entitlement, subscription issue, or refund request.

Refund eligibility is not automatic and depends on the purchase, timing, circumstances, applicable Google Play rules, and applicable law.

To investigate a purchase request, we may ask for the minimum information reasonably necessary, such as:

• the purchased product;
• the approximate purchase date; and
• the Google Play order number or receipt, where it is necessary to locate or verify the transaction.

We do not request the email address of the purchasing Google Account by default.

Do not send:

• a full payment-card number;
• bank-account credentials;
• passwords;
• authentication or verification codes; or
• device, account, or other identifiers that are not reasonably necessary for the request.

If Google Play refunds, reverses, revokes, or otherwise invalidates a purchase, the related unconsumed content or entitlement may be removed where technically supported and permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, withdrawal, cancellation, conformity, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use Pizza Boss for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
• copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the game except where expressly permitted;
• modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• use cheats, bots, automation, modified clients, exploits, or unauthorized tools;
• manipulate local saves, purchases, subscriptions, advertising confirmations, rewards, or transaction records to obtain content without authorization;
• interfere with the game, its security, Google Play, advertising systems, analytics systems, or other connected services;
• introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; or
• infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of another person.

Technical investigation, interoperability work, security research, and other activity expressly protected by applicable law are not prohibited to the extent those protections cannot be waived.

13. Intellectual property

Pizza Boss and its software, gameplay systems, designs, artwork, audio, text, graphics, branding, and other materials are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Those materials are owned by or licensed to Global Vacuum Games or the relevant rights holders. Third-party names, trademarks, software, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

Except for the limited licence granted in Section 3, these Terms do not grant you a licence to use any Global Vacuum Games name, logo, artwork, source code, or other protected material outside the game.

14. Updates and availability

We may update Pizza Boss to add, change, balance, remove, repair, or secure features; maintain compatibility; meet platform or legal requirements; or respond to changes in connected services.

Some functions may depend on an internet connection, Google Play, or third-party advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, consent-management, in-app purchasing, website, or email services.

We do not promise that every feature, advertisement, purchase, operating-system version, device, or connected service will always remain available.

Where a change materially affects paid digital content, it remains subject to applicable Google Play requirements and mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in this section removes remedies that must be provided under applicable law.

15. Third-party services

Pizza Boss uses or connects to functional categories of third-party services that may include:

• Google Play;
• advertising services;
• analytics services;
• crash-reporting services;
• consent-management services;
• in-app purchasing services; and
• website and email service providers.

These services may have their own terms, policies, device requirements, regional availability, and account controls. Global Vacuum Games does not control every decision or interruption made by an independent service provider.

Third-party terms do not replace these Terms for your use of Pizza Boss, and these Terms do not replace the terms governing your use of Google Play or another provider’s service.

The specific providers involved in data processing and their respective purposes are described in the Pizza Boss Privacy Policy rather than in these Terms.

16. Privacy

The Pizza Boss Privacy Policy explains what information the game and its service providers collect or process, why it is used, where local information is stored, and what privacy choices may be available.

The current version of Pizza Boss does not provide a Global Vacuum Games player account. Uninstalling the game or clearing local storage does not necessarily remove information already processed by third-party service providers.

Privacy questions and applicable access, correction, objection, or deletion requests can be sent to [email protected].

17. Support communications

The game may open a prepared message in an external email application. You can review, edit, or close the message before sending it.

If you contact us, provide only the minimum information reasonably necessary to explain the problem or identify the relevant purchase.

Support does not require your password, authentication code, complete payment-card number, bank-account credentials, or unnecessary device or account identifiers.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate support and purchase issues, but response and resolution times may depend on the information supplied and the involvement of Google Play or another service provider.

18. Ending your use of the game

You may stop using Pizza Boss at any time and may uninstall it from your device.

Uninstalling the game:

• may remove local progress, subject to Android or device-backup behavior;
• does not cancel an active Google Play subscription; and
• does not automatically delete records held by third-party service providers.

Your licence to use Pizza Boss may end if you materially violate these Terms. Because the current game does not provide a player account, these Terms do not create an account-termination or account-deletion feature.

Sections that by their nature should continue after use ends—including intellectual-property, purchase, disclaimer, and liability provisions—remain applicable where legally permitted.

19. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pizza Boss is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or free from temporary loss of third-party functionality.

Local progress, consumable balances, and settings may be lost if device storage or backup cannot be restored.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, guarantee, remedy, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory rights relating to digital content and consumer purchases.

20. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury, or violation of mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to those protections and to the extent permitted by law, Global Vacuum Games is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you began using Pizza Boss.

Pizza Boss is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses arising from unauthorized commercial use of the game.

We remain responsible for direct loss to the extent required by applicable law. These Terms do not establish a fixed monetary liability cap.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when Pizza Boss, its purchases, connected services, platform requirements, or applicable laws change.

The updated Terms will show a new effective or last-updated date. Where required, notice of a material change may be provided through the game, its Google Play listing, or the Global Vacuum Games website.

Changes do not retroactively remove rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be changed. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the affected future version or service. Stopping use or uninstalling the game does not itself cancel an active Google Play subscription.
